02/01/08:  We just began some remodeling in the coffeehouse area in order to add a new children's classroom and a youth room for the middle school and high school kids.  We are about to sign a one year lease for this place and hope to be here for another 1-2 years.  In the meantime, we are still saving up for a permanent place, if necessary.

10/21/07:  After discussing our financing options with several local banks, we have come to learn that a 25% down payment will be required for any property/building purchase.  With a minimum of a one million dollar purchase price, $250k will be the least amount necessary.  So, at this time, we are in the process of saving for that.  We do not have that amount at this time, but are on the way towards it.  We are looking to and trusting the Lord for His direction and leading in this whole process.

10/1/07:  In May of this year, we received a notice that our present facilities have been sold to a new owner who has intentions of re-designing this space.  We don't have a time table on when these changes will take place, but we are now faced with the reality of the impermanence of our meeting place.

Currently, we are in the process of looking into purchasing property for Eastgate and raising the funds needed for a down payment.  We are still working on obtaining a loan and negotiating a purchase price for property in Panama City Beach.  We are trusting the Lord to provide for this and looking to Him for direction.
