Overview

Peace Through the Holidays is a four-week guided support group designed to help individuals navigate the emotional stress, grief, and relational challenges that often arise during the holiday season.

Through discussion, reflection, and gentle teaching, participants will learn how to manage emotional triggers, set healthy boundaries, process grief, and find renewed hope and peace in the midst of a busy and sometimes painful season. The group offers a compassionate, faith-informed space for connection and healing — reminding participants that peace is possible, even in uncertain or difficult times.

About the facilitator

Lawana Schrieffer is a certified life coach and mental health advocate who partners with individuals and communities to promote emotional well-being, identity healing, and holistic growth. Her coaching practice, Wonderful You, helps women and families reconnect with their true selves and cultivate peace in mind, body, and spirit. Her work is grounded in Christian faith, compassion, and the belief that every person is fearfully and wonderfully made.
